We recently completed a garage conversion in Ashford, Kent. Originally a double garage our customer needed some additional space to use as an office. We refurbished one of the garages to suit.

Kitchen Refurbishment
A kitchen renovation carried out in Kennington, Ashford. Previously it was an open room with a housing standard kitchen that was transformed into a modern kitchen. We built in an island with a built in cooker, sink and plug socket area that could be pushed into the island. Our customer was very happy with this and we were too.
Garage Conversion
A garage conversion in Ashford, Kent completed by M&N Building Services. We turned the garage into a new office space for this small family home. We added a new window and decorated the interior.
Nursery Renovation
A project completed by our team at Footprints Preschool & Nursery, Imagine in Ashford, Kent. This project was a refurbishment of a previously run down nursery that needed to be completed during one of the school breaks. We transformed this small room into a large open space ready to be decorated.
Loft Conversion
A recent loft conversion from a dormer window into an open space for a growing family in Lydd. This was a quick project completed within a few days to add extra space.
House Renovation
A total house renovation in Ashford, Kent completed by our team. In this long project we have altered almost every part of this house. During this project our team have had to right many wrongs from previous cowboy builders. We have added a new roof, cladded all round the house and completed the garden landscaping. We have also transformed all of the interior from a run down older house to a modern, fresh design. We also added a garden house for extra storage in the garden which is now being used as a gym. This house is almost unrecognisable from before and we are very happy with the results.
Apartment Refurbishment
M&N Building Services recently completed a full renovation & refurbishment of a holiday apartment over 10 hours away from home. We usually serve the Kent area however will never turn down a challenge. Miles from home in Switzerland, the M&N team fully renovated and refurbished a holiday rental apartment.
Starting from scratch we fitted everything from new kitchen and bathrooms to custom built bunk beds. What was a run-down, shabby rental soon turned into a stylish, modern hotspot for skiing tourists. Over a few weeks and a lot of snow the M&N Team had crafted a clean and open feel.
A slate grey kitchen, new wood fixings and wardrobes were just some of the things we were busy with. We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and loved the results.
